Installing Outlook To JIRA Connector HTTP(S) Configuration:

1. Login to JIRA using an Administrator account

2. Click on “Add-ons”

3. Navigate to the “Outlook To JIRA” section found in the left menu

4. Click on “AutoUpdate Configuration”

5- Select "Enable AutoUpdate"

6- Select AutoUpdate Method as "Via HTTP(S) Connection"

Under the HTTP(S) tab

7- Infosysta HTTP(S) URL will be filled by default when "Default HTTP(S)" is clicked

If connecting to your own HTTP(S) URL you can insert your link and click on save  

Installing Outlook To JIRA Connector FTP Configuration:

1. Login to JIRA using an Administrator account

2. Click on “Add-ons”

3. Navigate to the “Outlook To JIRA” section found in the left menu

4. Click on “AutoUpdate Configuration”

5. Check the "Enable AutoUpdate" checkbox

6. Choose "Via FTP Connection" method

7. Fill in the required field in the FTP Tab (By default, infosysta configuration is set)

1. 1. FTP URL: This is the FTP server URL where your Outlook add-on will check for the latest version
   2. FTP Username: The Username of the FTP administrator

   3. FTP Password: The password of the FTP administrator

      You can reset your FTP configuration to Infosysta's settings at any time by clicking on "Default FTP" button
