By default, Infosysta's FTP/HTTP(S) configurations are set. You can revert to them at any time by clicking the "Default" button on the corresponding pages

To Set up your own FTP/HTTP(S) Server

For HTTP(S) Connection

In order to enable the auto-update feature from your server, the below setup and configuration should be completed:

  1. Extract this zip folder and upload the files found in it (NEW.zip & OutlookToJIRA.vsto) to your HTTP(S) server

 

For FTP Connection

In order to enable the auto-update feature from your server, the below preparation should be completed:

(Note: If you have already set-up an FTP server, you can skip step 1)

  1. Setup a new FTP server and ensure all Outlook instances have network access to it
  2. Create a new directory named “Infosysta”
  3. Navigate to the directory mentioned above and create a new directory
  4. Create a new FTP user and choose "read-only" access for the created directory
  5. Extract this zip folder and upload the files found in it (NEW.zip & OutlookToJIRA.vsto) to your FTP server

Outlook instance is now ready to use the auto-update feature.
