Step-by-step guide


  1. iOS:

    1. Step 1: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Scroll down to the list of apps and tap on Mobile for Jira to clear.

    2. Step 2: Next, tap Delete App. Tap Delete App again to confirm.

    3. Step 3: If you want to reinstall the app (without the documents and data you’ve just deleted), go to the App Store and reinstall it.
        

  1. Android:
    1. Open the Settings application on your device.
    2. Head Over to Apps Menu
    3. Choose Installed Applications
    4. Find Mobile for Jira to Clear the App Data of
    5. Select it, Move to the Storage Tab
    6. Hit Clear App Cache
